Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance. All treatments and products are self-pay. 

Unfortunately, many of the services we provide are not considered 'medically necessary' by health insurance. 

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, we kindly request the courtesy of at least a 24-hour notification for canceling or rescheduling appointments. A $50 no-show fee will be charged otherwise. 

Where is the best place to park?

There is street parking available on Market St. in 2-hour intervals. You can pay with the Park Mobile app or with coins.

The easiest and most stress-free parking would be in the Carrol Street Garage which is located 1 block behind our clinic. The address is 44 East Patrick St. Parking is $1/hr.
